Shipping/Returns


SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFO:

We ship orders Monday-Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days to process and ship your order.

Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided with your shipping confirmation email. Please allow 24 hours to use the tracking number.

All orders (except Conway, AR) will ship USPS ground unless expedited shipping is purchased via alternative shipping options available at checkout.

‘S20 Express Free Delivery within 48 hours (Local Conway, AR Orders ONLY)’ will personally be delivered to customer’s front doorstep with a courtesy doorbell ring by SoulTwenty’s Owner(s).

EXCHANGE POLICY:

Due to limited inventory, we encourage the customer to place a new order for the item(s) needed and return the incorrect item(s). If the needed item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund to the original method of payment.

RETURN POLICY:

Items purchased from SoulTwenty are eligible for a full refund, if returned within 14 business days, credited to the original method of payment. Items received after 14 business days will receive store credit only, up to 30 days (store credit not offered after 30 days). Returns associated with a SoulTwenty ‘Affiliate Discount Code’ will have the 10% deducted from the full refund. Some items may be marked ‘Final Sale’ (hats, sunglasses, jewelry, bags, scarves, gloves, signature candle, bralettes, & bodysuits) which are not eligible for refund/store credit. 

All sale/discounted items are final sale.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags attached (if applicable). 

We do not accept liability for missing packages or damage of returned goods.

Original and return shipping fee(s) are non-refundable.

A pre-paid shipping label will be sent via email for all returns (once return form via return portal completed) with the cost of the label being deducted from the full refund (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility). If using a label provided through the return portal, the customer agrees to have the cost of the shipping withheld from their full refund.

If returning for store credit, a free pre-paid label will be issued. 

If an order is placed using a gift card to pay partially or fully, please note that the refund will go back on the gift card first.

For the return portal to locate a customer’s order(s), the customer must have entered their email at checkout. If the order(s) are unable to be found, please contact us at info@soultwenty.com

HOW TO SHIP YOUR RETURN:

1. Complete the return form via the return portal located at the top of this page (order# is found on the printed packing slip or order confirmation sent via email/text).

2. Pack the item(s) and invoice into the return bag. A pre-paid shipping label will be sent via email for all returns (once the return form via return portal is completed) with the cost of the label deducted from the full refund.

3. Mail your package back by dropping it off at your local USPS.

4. Returns are processed within 3-5 business days upon receiving the package. 

HOW TO DROP OFF YOUR RETURN (LOCALS):

1. Complete the return form via the return portal located at the top of this page and choose option 1 (order# is found on the printed packing slip or order confirmation sent via email/text).

2. Pack the item(s) and invoice into the return bag. 

3. Drop your package off at the address provided below (no label required).

4. Returns are processed within 3-5 business days upon receiving the package.
